ECMarkets Review
ECMarkets Video Review:
Impression
EC Markets offers a large mix of not only FX trading, but it also offers several different CFD markets, allowing traders to get involved in energy markets, futures, precious metals, indexes, bonds, and stock shares. It is a good all-around trading solution for traders who want to take advantage of the worldwide nature of markets. It should be noted however, that the EC Markets dealer does not accept American clients for anything other than FX.
Platform
EC Markets uses the well-known MetaTrader4, as well as the Mobile, Web, and Mobile versions of their proprietary platform ECTrader.
Customer Service
EC Markets offers live chat, phone support, and email support. It is available in several languages, and therefore it is also offered around the clock, while the markets are open.
Reliability
EC Markets is a reliable dealer. The company is regulated in a few different countries, such as the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. The platforms are reliable as they are industry standards, and the ability to contact customer service around the clock allows for quick interaction between the trader and the firm in case of questions.
Commissions and Spreads
Spreads are tight at this dealer. For example, the AUD/USD is only 4 pips, while the more exotic EUR/AUD is only 10. This allows the trader to know the costs of placing a trade ahead of the actual act of doing so. This also protects them from adverse spikes in spreads during news announcements.
Promotions
EC Markets offers a bonus on your deposit, based upon the size of the account you are opening. You can get up to $2000 Welcome Bonus.
Conclusion
EC Markets is a good all-around broker if you are looking to trade FX and other markets. They have time-tested technologies, and can be counted on to deliver various markets from around the world.

- The MetaTrader platform is well-known and reliable. It has been being used for years, and is very stable.
- Accounts can be started with as little as $100.
- The deposit process is simple and quick, as you can use Wire Transfers, Credit Cards, Webmoney, and various local payment methods. Withdraw can be done in reverse.

I've been trading with ECMarkets in the last 3 months, they are great! They have very good spreads and leverage. I'm a starter but still they look very good already.
