Analysis and Recommendations:

The EUR/GBP at 1200GMT was exchanging at 0.7967, as the GBP remained strong against a weakened euro.

The euro remained weak today, on worries about Spain and rumor of new legal issues facing the ECB bond program. Spanish yields moved up today, on legal rumors while in the UK, good news made it to the markets. It seems that the BoE program announced a month ago for housing lending, has stimulated the real estate market with BBA Mortgage Approvals printing well above forecast.
