Analysis and Recommendations:

The EUR/JPY continues to climb, trading at 100.15 as the euro continues to gain momentum. News that the German Court would issue its ruling today, helped support the EUR and also its denial of additional claims helped push the euro upwards.

Problems though seem to be brewing in Greece, Spain and Italy. Italy’s Monti is refusing to deal with the new OMT program from the ECB, Spain is being forced to request a bailout before the ECB can get everything in place and Greece is about out of money.
