Analysis and Recommendations:

The EUR/JPY is trading this morning at 101.72 as the JPY regained its strength, after falling yesterday, after the Bank of Japan, introduced a new round of QE. The JPY weakened by the end of the day, markets decided to ignore the BoJ move and the JPY returned to its previous strength.

The USD/JPY had surged to 79.17 immediately after the announcement only to return to the low 78 range by Thursday’s session.

The euro also weakened against its crosses more on technical trading and a directionless market. Traders are once again focusing on the unresolved issues in the EU, mainly Greece, Spain and Italy.
