Analysis and Recommendations:

The EUR/JPY the pair declined a bit in early Asian trading to exchange at 100.03. The euro remains weak as global sentiment has turned negative once again, over the unresolved issues and economic problems in Greece and Spain. Yesterday civil unrest and strikes escalated as the troika seems to be giving up hope on resolving Greece’s issues, as Greece does not seem to be honoring any debts or promises, while Spain also continues to play dangerous financial and economic games.

The ECB and IMF are at the point of ending negotiations.

Whereas the JPY continues to gain momentum as risk leaves the markets and investors return to safe havens. Gold also found its footing once again this morning. The MoF and BoJ might move to purchase foreign bonds to try to reduce the strength of the yen.
