Analysis and Recommendations:

The EUR/JPY is trading at 98.87 as the euro continues to gather strength. The JPY is weak, against most crosses except the USD and the euro is strong, on the hopes of the ECB. Markets already are aware of the bond buying program that Mr. Draghi is going to introduce today, not all the details have been leaked as of yet, but traders are expecting a whole lot more. If this is all that the ECB is going to deliver, we could see sentiment quickly shift in the markets.
