Analysis and Recommendations:

Natural Gas is trading at 2.897, adding 0.022 or .78% in today’s session. Higher temperature forecasts and the possibility of new tropical storm activity have added to the strength of NG. The most recent EIA inventory showed higher than expected inventories, but still a decline over the past few weeks.

With the Japanese request for exports of NG to Japan getting favorable support, a new channel for US natural gas, is helping to support prices.

After the release of the Chinese GDP, traders were able to breathe a sigh of relief and moved to more risk pushing up all commodities in today’s trading
