Analysis and Recommendations:
Natural Gas dipped a bit today ahead of the weekly inventory reports. After the National Weather Center reduced the forecast as the two storms weakened in the gulf reducing worries of supply interruptions. Along with milder temperatures in the US demand for natural gas declined slightly.
Japan is expected to increase imports of Natural Gas by 18% in the coming months. With the hopes of stimlus from the US and China pending at this time, NG is sitting tight as 3.019 still trading on the positive side.
