EXX Review 2022

EXX, short for Exchange X, is a cryptocurrency exchange that is based in Hong Kong. The exchange was established recently in 2017 and specializes in offering trading services for BTC markets, ETH markets, HSR markets, QC markets, QTUM markets and USDT markets. The exchange is operated by a holding company called EXX Group LTD and their primary focus is the South East Asian market.

EXX lets you trade the cryptocurrency markets as spot trades or as candlesticks trades. Both the trading platforms used on the EXX exchange are web-based. The main differences between the two platforms are the trading tools each platform possesses.

With the spot trades platform, convenience is the priority. The platform interface is laid out in such a manner as to facilitate quick trades. The cryptocurrencies that are available for trading are positioned on the left side of the trading screen with the price chart-dominating the rest of the screen. You can also view the volume traded at the lower section of the price chart.

For more experienced traders, the preference will be to trade candlesticks style. This platform is more sophisticated and comes with a selection of trading tools which will be greatly appreciated by those who want to analyze the market in-depth. For example, there are several technical indicators which you can overlay over your chart to give you the trading signals that you want to generate.

EXX has also made available mobile apps which you can download and install onto your smartphone. The app is optimized for both iOS and Android-powered devices are provided free of charge. With the mobile app, you can check your account balance as well make trades directly from your phone.

Currently, EXX supports up to 48 different types of cryptocurrencies. Leverage trading is also available at EXX for a reasonable fee. Apart from cryptocurrencies, you can also trade futures contracts on the EXX platform.

Deposit and Withdrawal Options

Funding and withdrawals at EXX can only be done with cryptocurrencies. EXX currently does not have any provision or support for fiat currencies. To make a deposit at EXX, you will need to register for an account first. The good thing about EXX is the fact that you can have 10 different sub accounts under your main account. This makes it easier to manage all your cryptocurrencies holdings under one main account.

Fees and Charges

All trades on the EXX platform are charged a flat fee of 0. 1%. Deposits on EXX are free but withdrawal fees are applicable on some cryptocurrencies. The following table below shows some of the applicable withdrawal fees on the various cryptocurrencies supported by EXX:

Privacy and Security

Customer Support

The customer support service at EXX comprises of a help section where basic information and answers are provided to frequently asked questions. The exchange has also provided a support email address which you can use to contact the support team with.

Overall, EXX seems to provide a decent level of service. Their offerings seem solid and the security of the platform is fairly tight. The exchange is especially suited for Asian traders since it supports Chinese, Korean and Japanese as well. Another plus point about the exchange is the fact that the transaction fee is lower than the industry standard at 0.1%. However as the exchange is relatively new, it is still too early to know for sure how reliable is the exchange.
