BR11 ICO & Token Sale
- BR11Cryptocurrency, Banking, Investment
The cryptocurrency industry is in its very early stages and the cryptocurrency market is volatile and unpredictable, with erratic fluctuations in prices. Until now, venture capital funds have dominated technology investments. Now with liquidity available at both the fund and company level, hedge funds have started to invest directly in both company and venture capital tokens. For smaller qualified and sophisticated investors interested in technology investments, their main options were to invest in either the startups or the crowdsourcing projects. BR11 now may provide these investors with an opportunity to enjoy the diversified venture capital portfolio approach. There is an added benefit of potentially lower risk due to the investments being made at a later stage in the lifecycle of startups.
The goal of BR11 is to provide the exposure to the qualified investors to a large portfolio of high-growth early stage startups.
BR11 Token is an Ethereum ERC20 – based smart contract digital token issued by BR11 through a Security Token Offering (STO). BR11 tokens offer an alternative type of investment to crypto-investors. Unlike other tokens, BR11 tokens are supported by a right to a return based on the performance of underlying assets. BR11 is attempting to increase the liquidity of the BR11 tokens through various options. The options are designed to cater to different stages in the life of BR11 and to ensure supply and demand in various potential scenarios. BR11 will aim to convert the cryptocurrency received to US$ on a best-execution basis. Depending on the country of origin, investors may be required to go through accreditation checks and anti-money laundering checks.
