S&P 500 Forecast October 10, 2014, Technical Analysis

The S&P 500 fell hard during the course of the day on Thursday, in a surprisingly weak session in the United States. With that, it appears that the markets are going to continue to test the 1920 region, and try to find support there. However, we feel that the markets need to break down below the 1900 level in order to make the S&P 500 a bearish market. Between here and there, if we find supportive candles we will start buying again as it goes with the overall trend. As far as selling is concerned again, we are not willing to do so until 1900 is broken.
