Nikkei Forecast February 10, 2016, Technical Analysis

The Nikkei fell rather significantly during the course of the session on Tuesday, testing the ¥16,000 region. That being the case, the market looks as if it is going to try to break down below there, and if it does we should then reach towards the ¥15,000 level. Ultimately, this is a market that is going to struggle but the Bank of Japan is trying to liquefy the market, so the Nikkei could be the first one to turn right back around given enough time. Ultimately though, we believe that stock markets in general are going to continue to fall, and the Nikkei certainly looks ripe to do so.
