SP 500 Forecast February 9, 2016, Technical Analysis

The S&P 500 broke down during the course of the day on Monday, extending the losses all the way towards the 1830 level. Ultimately, this is a market that looks like it has quite a bit of support below, but may very well break through it. Stock markets around the world look horrible, and of course the S&P 500 isn’t going to be any different than all the other indices that we follow. We have no interest in buying, and we believe that a bounce should be a nice selling opportunity as well.
