Harmony’s open, decentralized network is enabled through the use of the native protocol token - Harmony ONE. The token incentivizes and rewards a variety of participants including developers, validators/stakers, investors, and community members who develop, secure and govern the network. In order to use the network, users pay a small transaction fee denominated in the native Harmony token.

Harmony’s scalable, high-throughput protocol is powered by a native token which is used for various forms of payment and participation in the protocol (staking, transaction fees, voting & governance).

Harmony uses blockchain to align incentives of different stakeholders, developers and businesses while allowing them to build open marketplaces of fungible and non-fungible tokens and assets. Furthermore, the upcoming application of zero-knowledge proofs will allow Harmony to become a data sharing platform that can overcome the conflicting problem plaguing many information and data markets: that individual market participants’ have mutual distrust to share data but strong desire to acquire data themselves.

The Harmony token will function in the following aspects of the protocol:

The token is used for staking, which is necessary to participate in the POS consensus & earn block rewards and transaction fees.
The token is used to pay for transaction fees, gas and storage fees.
The token is used in voting for on-chain governance of the protocol.

The chips at the top show the current signal on each one. Day traders usually work on 15min to 1H, swing traders on 4H to Daily, longer-term traders on Daily to Weekly. Every number on this page recalculates when you change it.

Pick a timeframe.

The centre gauge combines 22 indicators into one Buy, Sell or Neutral reading. The two gauges beside it show what is driving that: Oscillators measure momentum, Moving Averages measure trend.

Read the headline rating.

A Buy on the daily carries more weight when the weekly agrees with it. When the short and long timeframes point different ways, the market is usually pausing rather than turning.

A Buy on the daily means more when the weekly agrees with it. When the short and long timeframes point different ways, the market is usually pausing rather than turning.

Check whether the timeframes agree.

Pivot points mark where price has tended to stall. Traders use them to decide where to enter, where to take profit and where to place a stop.

Use the levels.

The tables lower down show every indicator behind the rating. The small i beside each one explains what it measures and how to read it.

Go into the detail if you want it.

Why you can trust this list

Traders have relied on our independent testing for over a decade.

An editor re-checks licenses, spreads and fees against our test data.

Our editors choose brokers that meet this page's criteria and impressed us in testing. The list is not in score order. Brokers pay to appear on our site, which can affect which brokers we feature and where. No broker can pay to change a score or a verdict.

One published scoring system, with 9 weighted categories and 250+ variables, all measured hands-on by our analysts.

We test leading brokers the same way, so we can compare them fairly.
