The US 10-year yield is still a major indicator on how things are going to go in most markets at the moment.

Reduced geopolitical tensions are weighing on the Dollar as investors rotate into riskier currencies. DXY remains capped inside a descending channel near $98.26, EUR/USD grinds higher above $1.174, and GBP/USD defends key support. Today’s CPI release could determine the next major FX direction.

Gold trades at $4,702.60 testing the lower blue descending channel with neutral RSI, while silver surges to $84.11 displaying strong momentum above $82 support. Central bank demand and persistent industrial shortages underpin both metals amid fading geopolitical risks.

Gold consolidates ahead of the inflation report as oil prices, Fed rate expectations, and the Strait of Hormuz crisis shape the next major move.

With geopolitical risks fading, oil benchmarks return to supply-demand dynamics. WTI bounces strongly above $100 targeting $103, Brent defends ascending channel at $106.84, while Natural Gas remains capped below $2.945 with bearish bias. Full outlook for traders.

Brent and WTI remain supported by tight supply and Middle East risk, with key technical levels signaling a possible breakout if tensions persist.
