Montenegro Tourist Arrivals

The number of tourist arrivals in Montenegro rose by 1.2% year-on-year to 117,801 in April 2025, following a 0.3% increase in the previous month. Foreign visitors accounted for 88.7% of the total visits, while domestic tourists made up the remaining 11.3%. The largest shares of foreign tourists came from Germany (11.1%), Serbia (9.7%), the United Kingdom (9%), Israel (7.3%), and China (including Hong Kong) (6.7%). Among the destinations, seaside resorts were the most popular, attracting 78.2% of visitors, followed by the capital with 14.4%, and mountain resorts with 3.1%.
