Daily Economic Calendar

Hello, traders. Let’s see which news releases could move the currency markets on Friday, the 15th of September. The schedule starts with a high importance event at 12:30 PM GMT when the Preliminary August US Retail Sales are released. The July report showed strong gains across the board, and it provided some notable support for the Greenback. Empire State Manufacturing Index for September is out at the same time.

The Index surprised very much on the upside in August, soaring by 15 points and hitting a 3 year high. US Industrial Production for August comes at quarter past 1. Output continued growing in July, albeit at a slower pace than the point 4% gain a month ago. The closely watched preliminary University of Michigan Consumer Confidence data for September will be available at 2. The preliminary August reading put the Index at a 7 month high, although it was later revised lower. US Business Inventories for July are released at the same time, and the June increase was the strongest in seven months. And that’s all for Friday’s Economic Calendar.
