German Industrial Production numbers were negative this morning. Earlier the IMF warned China consumer debt is dangerously high. Tomorrow the Non-Farm Employment Change numbers will be published.

Unemployment Claims Data Today, Federal Reserve Decision Next Week

The U.S will release its weekly Unemployment Claims figures today, but it is tomorrow’s Non-Farm Employment Change and Average Hourly Earnings outcomes which could prove critical for traders. Wall Street continues to produce cautious results and traders should keep in mind the Federal Reserve will publish its interest rate decision next week. Global stocks rise on Thursday morning as market sentiment improves.

Consumer Debt Dangers in China, Nikkei Able to Reverse Higher Today

The Nikkei Index has gained as traders reversed yesterday’s large declines. The Shanghai Shenzhen composite has fallen today. And this comes after the International Monetary Fund warned that China’s consumer debt levels are reaching dangerous levels. Australian Trade Balance numbers were disappointing earlier today. Tomorrow China will release Trade Balance results.

German Industrial Production Falls, French Trade Data Disappoints

German Industrial Production data produced a poor result this morning with a minus -1.4% decline. And French Trade Balance statistics failed to meet expectations. The Euro has remained under pressure this morning and so has the Pound against the U.S Dollar. Manufacturing Production numbers will come from the U.K tomorrow.

Gold Testing August Support Levels, Precious Metal Falls in Early Trading

Gold has slumped early this morning and is near 1257.00 U.S Dollars an ounce. Volatility has been experienced in the Gold market as it has broken through key support levels. The precious metal is now testing August low water marks.

Canadian Building Permits, Draghi Appearing at Conference in Germany

Investors will keep their eyes on European Central Bank President Draghi as he participates in a press conference in Frankfurt, Germany at 16:00 GMT.
