U.S. Congress Will Begin to Make Noise

Wall Street turned in moderate gains on Monday extending the winning streak among the major Indexes. Yesterday’s Labor Market Conditions Index was revised upwards regarding last month’s outcome. Today the Jolts Job Openings figures will be published. The U.S Congress will return from their early summer break today and have plenty of legislation to consider, including a tax plan which the Trump administration would like to get passed.

Trade Agreement in Asian Pacific on Tap

Asian equities have put in early gains, except for the All Ordinaries Index from Australia which has remained relatively cautious. The Asian Pacific Trade Agreement appears as if it may continue to flourish without the United States acting as a participant. The Yen has remained consolidated against the U.S Dollar the past day and the 114.00 level remains its trading territory.

Important U.K. Employment Data Tomorrow

The Sentix Investor Confidence reading for the European Union proved positive on Monday. Today the Italian Industrial Production numbers will be brought forth. The Pound stayed consolidated against the U.S Dollar yesterday and the 1.29 mark remains an important juncture. The Average Earnings Index data will come from the U.K tomorrow.

Volatility Lurks for Gold

Gold experienced a tranquil day of trading on Monday when taking a look at its daily results. The 1210.00 U.S Dollars an ounce price remains a lynchpin. Traders in the precious metal cannot be faulted for nervous sentiment because volatility likely continues to lurk.
