NordFX has launched a Telegram Mini App combining indicative market quotes, analysis and trading tools in a compact interface. Available through @NordFXAppBot, the application allows users to explore these resources within Telegram without installing a separate app.
The launch forms part of NordFX’s ongoing development of its digital services, with an emphasis on making its resources easier to reach through platforms clients already use.
Market Information and Education
The Markets section displays indicative prices across a range of instruments. Under Insights, users can browse Market Pulse updates, forecasts and educational articles, bringing both market commentary and explanations of trading concepts into the same application.
Users can check prices, read a market outlook or explore an educational topic, depending on the information they need. The Mini App brings these resources together with tools for learning more about NordFX’s account options and services.
Tools and Access to Account Services
The Tools section includes a trading calculator and an account selector for exploring NordFX account options. Users can also find practical guidance and links to further NordFX services.
For registration and account management, the Mini App connects users to the NordFX Personal Area, where those processes are completed. This provides a route from reviewing information in Telegram to accessing account services through NordFX’s existing system.
Support Through Telegram
The Mini App joins NordFX’s existing @NordFXSupportBot, which offers a separate way to contact the company’s support team. Assistance covers account questions, verification, deposits and withdrawals, and trading platforms.
Together, the two bots provide access to market resources and client assistance through the same messenger, with each serving a distinct purpose.
Users can open the Mini App by visiting @NordFXAppBot in Telegram, tapping Start and selecting Open NordFX App.
