Traders Set to Test New Records on Wall Street Ahead of FOMC Minutes

The Federal Reserve’s FOMC Meeting Minutes will be published later today. The S&P will open slightly below the 2,700 level.

Japan opens for trading tomorrow after a long holiday. Services PMI data will come from Germany and the U.K also on Thursday.

Wall Street Anticipating More Gains, Interest Rate Insights for Investors

Wall Street is anticipated to open with gains via trading on the Futures Markets. The S&P is trading fractionally below the 2,700 level. The Federal Reserve’s Meeting Minutes report will be filed later today, and give investors’ further insights into the mechanics behind the Fed’s last interest rate hike. Traders should also keep in mind, official jobs data will be released on Friday from the States.

Yen Manages to Add Value, Caixin Services Data from China Tomorrow

Even though Japan remains on holiday until tomorrow, the Yen has managed to creep up in value against the U.S Dollar and is near the 112.30 mark. Manufacturing data will come from Japan early Thursday, and China will see the Caixin Services PMI report. The Hang Seng Index managed to add more gains today, which followed yesterday’s surge higher.

Euro Showing Signs of Resistance Short Term, Services Data Thursday

German unemployment figures released today showed an improvement. The Euro has continued to trade above the 1.20 juncture against the U.S Dollar but has shown signs of short-term resistance developing. Construction numbers which have come from the U.K did not provide any major surprises. Services data will be released for Germany and Britain tomorrow.

Optimistic Shift in Crude Oil Sentiment, Speculative Month Ahead

Crude Oil has continued to maintain its higher range and stay above 60.00 U.S Dollars a barrel. Sentiment appears to have undertaken an optimistic shift within the commodity. And U.S Crude Oil appears set for a speculative month ahead.

Fed’s Monthly Report Coming, Manufacturing Data from U.S                     

The Federal Reserve’s Meeting Minutes publication will certainly be given attention by investors at 19:00 GMT.
