The Euro and Pound showed strength against the U.S Dollar again as the Federal Reserve’s FOMC Meeting Minutes await publication. Tomorrow’ PPI inflation data from the States will be important. Catalonia has made political overtures to the national Spain government. Global equities remain bullish.

Investors Anxiously Await Fed Publication, PPI Inflation Data Coming

Investors in the U.S are anxiously awaiting the Federal Reserve’s Meeting Minutes publication later today, which will give further insights regarding the U.S central bank’s outlook. And tomorrow important Producer Price Index inflation data will be brought forth. Both reports will impact the broad markets. Wall Street has continued to see investors remain bullish as the major Indexes achieve new heights. And traders will have to keep an eye on Washington, as President Trump continues to offer clues about potential tax reform, and comments on trade agreement such as Nafta.

Risk Appetite Building in Asia, Core Machinery Orders Soars in Japan

Asian investors continue to express a surging amount of risk appetite as major equity exchanges across the continent test record highs. The Nikkei Index has put in additional gains this morning. And the Core Machinery Orders data from Japan put in a rock solid gain of 3.4% today. Inflation numbers will come from Japan early on Thursday which should be examined.

Catalonia Says it will Talk, Bank of England’s Credit Survey Coming

Yesterday’s disappointing French Industrial Production numbers did not impact the Euro as the currency continued to gain in the short term against the U.S Dollar. Data will be light from the European Union and the U.K today, but tomorrow’s Credit Conditions Survey from the Bank of England will be of interest. Spain will also have to be kept in focus as Catalonia appears to have welcomed overtures with the national government.

Wave of Buying Testing Resistance, Gold’s Recent Climb Awaits Fed Paper

Gold has seen a wave of buying helped challenge short-term resistance. The precious metal is within sight of the 1290.00 U.S Dollars an ounce level after its recent climb, as the Federal Reserve’s Meeting Minutes awaits publication and could impact the broad markets.

The U.S Federal Reserve’s Meeting Minutes publication at 18:00 GMT today will be important. And Thursday’s Producer Price Index from the States at 12:30 GMT needs to be monitored.
