The prices have been trading in a low and slow manner for the past many weeks and there does not seem to be any light at the end of the tunnel as yet

Bitcoin and Ethereum Price Forecast – BTC Prices Slow and Steady

The BTC prices continued to consolidate and range over the last few days and the market has well and truly gone into slumber as far as the investors and the day traders, who are looking for a quick buck, are concerned. What we have now is a slow and steady market with very  little volatility which is likely to throw off hordes of traders who were trading the crypto market last year in the hope of making some quick money. Those kinds of traders seem to have left the market and that is one of the major reasons why the volatility has become lower and lower. Though we continue to get more and more news of major financial companies entering into the crypto market, the impact has been minimal.

BTC Unable to Shrug Off Range

Atleast this has been the case so far and we do not find any reason for the volatility to change anytime soon. We are likely to see the prices continue to struggle to move higher over the short and medium term and the large investors and the major companies seem to be in full control of the market. They seem to be quite happy with the way that the prices have been moving over the last few months and that is why we see the prices continue to be a tame shadow of what they were during the course of last year.

The ETH market has also been quiet over the last few days and the strong fundamentals seem to be having little effect on the prices which continues to trade like the rest of the crypto market in a low and slow manner. There does not seem to be any respite for the bulls at this point of time.

Forecast

Looking ahead to the rest of the day, we are likely to have more of the same going forward for the day as we are likely to see the prices of BTC continue to trade below the $6800 region but in a buoyant and strong manner as the market continues to await a breakout.
