The pair broke down significantly during the Friday’s session reacting to the stronger than expected Industrial Production figures from US reported month over month. This will give a positive impetus to the Fed’s rate hike stance which will keep the dollar on the higher side. The pair tried to rally above the $1.40 level during the Friday’s session but failed to do so because of the strong resistance at the level and also the downtrend line is offering significant resistance. Because of this market is likely to fall towards the 1.38 level and 1.3650 level which acts a floor of this market.
