The pair rallied during the Monday’s session with strong momentum and is likely to break above the 1.25 level in next few sessions which has a strong resistance. If the market clears this level successfully, then the market is free to go much higher. The pair traded on a positive note during the Monday’s session trying hard to break through the higher level on the back of the weak dollar. The medium to longer term view of the market is very positive with targets of 1.45 level and above. The AUD rallied a bit during the Monday’s session as it got a support from the rallying gold market. The pair is just above its crucial support of 0.77 level and is likely to continue to attract buyers as the USD is trading weak.
