If the market clears this level successfully, then the market is free to go much higher. The pair traded on a positive note during the Monday’s session trying hard to break through the higher level on the back of the weak dollar. The medium to longer term view of the market is very positive with targets of 1.45 level and above. The AUD rallied a bit during the Monday’s session as it got a support from the rallying gold market. The pair is just above its crucial support of 0.77 level and is likely to continue to attract buyers as the USD is trading weak. The USD rallied during the yesterday’s session as it trying to break above the 105.50 level which has turned significantly resistive. Potential trade war involving China and United States is keeping the market on its low and until it gets cleared up, a positive movement will be difficult.
