The GBP/USD pair fell significantly during the day on Tuesday, slicing through the important 1.2850 level. This is a very bearish turn of events, and could send the market lower. I think that the market will first test the 1.28 handle, and then eventually go down as we have seen significant support broken. Currently, I suspect that the 1.2750 level should be a target, and then eventually the 1.2650 level after that. I don’t have any interest in buying, I believe that the British pound will continue to offer selling opportunities every time it rallies.
