Gold markets rallied significantly during the trading session on Friday but found the $1400 level to be far too resistive to continue going higher. Because of this, we are forming the likelihood of a pullback.

Gold markets have gotten a bit ahead of themselves, and the fact that they have formed such a massive shooting star suggests that perhaps the $1400 level will cause a bit too much in the way of resistance. Ultimately, it’s very likely that this market will continue to find it more bullish than not, but obviously there are a lot of people that recognize we are overbought. With that being the case, the Federal Reserve is very likely to be a major player when it comes to what happens next, perhaps due to the soft monetary policy that should drive the value of the US dollar lower.

Ultimately, this is a market that cannot be sold and should only be bought on dips as we get opportunities to take advantage of the cheap market when it offers. Looking at this market, I believe that it is going to be one of the strongest markets going forward, because quite frankly we have too many morons running countries around the world, causing problems with each other and the possibility of war is starting to increase, while the possibility of trade wars continues to extend. With that being the case, it’s very likely that Gold will attract a lot of money from various fiat currencies, as we simply don’t have enough momentum in stock markets to attract money either. We have broken out to a fresh new highs but that’s slowing down as well. Simply put, gold may be the only game in town, perhaps with the sole exception of the bitcoin markets.
