The New Zealand dollar was very choppy during the session on Monday, but found quite a bit of interest during the American trading session. It looks as if were going to go looking towards the 0.7350 level, and a break above there could be rather bullish. At that point, I expect the market to go looking towards the 0.75 level over the longer term. However, on the hourly chart it looks like we may have a bit of a struggle ahead of us, so it’s possible we get a pullback. That pullback should be buying opportunity if we can stay above the 0.73 handle underneath. Expect choppiness, but overall I expect to see buyers eventually take over.
