The New Zealand dollar initially fell on Tuesday, but found enough support at the 0.7220 level to turn around and explode to the upside. The market looks as if it is trying to break above the 0.73 handle, and after pulling back slightly we are starting to see buyers jump back into the marketplace. Keep in mind that the New Zealand dollars highly influenced by the commodity markets overall, but the US dollar is soft enough that I think we are going to go higher either way. I like buying dips, I believe that the New Zealand dollar should continue to be very bullish in the short term.
