Software maker Paycom Software, Inc. (PAYC) rises 620% since 2015’s first outlier inflow signal, being revived by institutional interest.

PAYC develops and sells cloud-based software for human resources management, providing data and analytics to manage the full employment cycle. The company’s second-quarter 2026 report showed revenue of $531 million (a 10% year-over-year gain), GAAP net income of $107 million or $2.34 per diluted share (a 20% jump), returned $346 million to shareholders through repurchases, and increased full-year revenue and adjusted EBITDA guidance to a high end of $2.212 billion and $1.022 billion, respectively. The company reports again on Nov. 4.

It’s no wonder PAYC shares are up 65% this year – and they could rise more. MoneyFlows data shows how Big Money investors are once again betting heavily on the forward picture of the stock.
