The US 10-year yield is where I&#039;m starting my day watching the markets overall.

Gold cleared its 200-day moving average as dollar weakness and fading Fed hike odds drove a breakout, while high oil prices keep inflation risk alive.

Copper, uranium and lithium remain constructive as tight inventories, AI-driven power demand and U.S. funding offset pressure from higher interest rates.

Crude oil posts a second weekly gain as Hormuz traffic drops to seven ships. Iranian floating storage drains and Monday’s sanctions could tighten supply further.

Gold and silver extend gains as dollar weakness, Iran tensions and fiscal concerns support demand, with XAU/USD approaching $4,595 resistance.

WTI and Brent remain bullish as Hormuz traffic falls sharply, while rising U.S. crude and natural gas inventories provide a domestic supply buffer.

Copper’s LME squeeze is unwinding as stocks rise and backwardation narrows, putting COMEX $6.30 in focus with $6.90 as key invalidation.
