Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPWR) shares up 173% since institutions first bought big in 2023.

MPWR designs, develops, and markets integrated power semiconductor solutions and power delivery architectures found in portable electronic devices, wireless LAN access points, computers and notebooks, monitors, infotainment, and medical equipment. Its second-quarter fiscal 2026 earnings report showed record quarterly revenue of $981 million (a 48% year-over-year jump) driven by a 45% sequential increase in enterprise data revenue, per-share earnings of $6.50 (a 54.4% rise), as well as low overall inventory and over 1,500 new automotive products.
