Tesla, Microsoft and Adobe Forecast: AI Stocks Eye Key Moves

By
Christopher Lewis

Tesla tests its 200-day EMA, Microsoft trades between $477 and $520, and Adobe approaches a potential golden cross as AI stocks remain in focus.

TSLA Technical Analysis

Daily candlestick chart of Tesla (TSLA) showing pre-market price rising to $369.37 between the 50-day EMA at $359.58 and the 200-day EMA at $378.84.

The early hours for Tesla look pretty positive. It looks like we are going to gap to the upside. Ultimately, this is a market that’s been in the process of trying to recover. We did fill a gap here recently. We have not been able to break above it. Now we have the 200-day EMA coming into the picture, causing a little bit of trouble as well. But ultimately, this is a market that looks like it is trying to pick up momentum, despite the fact that rates have jumped. The AI revolution continues via Tesla in autonomous driving, CyberCab, those types of things.

MSFT Technical Analysis

Daily candlestick chart of Microsoft (MSFT) indicating pre-market price rising to $495.61 above horizontal support at $477.31 and the 50-day EMA at $471.10.

Microsoft is looking very much like a market that is continuing to consolidate with more of an upward tilt. The major support seems to be found near $477, with the $520 level above offering resistance. We look like we are going to rally a bit early during the session. It does look bullish longer term, despite those higher rates. Microsoft continues to be an important part of the AI situation and system being built out there. It continues to see interest as a result.

ADBE Technical Analysis

Daily candlestick chart of Adobe (ADBE) showing pre-market price ticking up to $249.01 below the 50-day EMA at $256.90 and 200-day EMA at $271.32.

Adobe is slightly positive early during the session. This one is interesting to me because it has suffered at the hands of AI, but it does look like it’s trying to get more exposure to artificial intelligence through its tools. So, I’m watching this as the 50-day EMA is starting to nudge a little bit higher. We’re getting fairly close to a potential golden cross.

Watching that is something that I have been doing for a while. We may or may not be ready to see that quickly. I think we’re probably several days away, but nonetheless, this could end up being a nice bargain. Adobe has a long history of having hits out there, so this is one of those companies that has just fallen by the wayside. I am personally watching it for some type of potential long-term trade. Whether or not that would kick off on Monday is an entirely different conversation, but certainly, this could be very intriguing.
