Tech stocks, along with everything else, are on the move in early Tuesday trading. Traders in New York will be greeted with dropping rates after the holiday, but Middle East headlines are still a worry.

TSLA Technical Analysis

Tesla looks like it’s going to open higher to kick off the Tuesday session after the Monday holiday. I think at this point in time, we are trying to get back to the $450 level, which is an area that was a bit resistant recently.

I think given enough time, we probably have a situation where short-term pullbacks are bought into, with the 50-day EMA offering a bit of a floor. If we break out to the upside, then it’s possible that not only $450 gets targeted but possibly $460. Remember, Tesla is a major holding in most retirement accounts.

PLTR Technical Analysis

Palantir looks a little soft. I think Palantir’s just kind of lost its way here, but if you’re a longer-term trader, you’re probably looking at this as a potential position to build on. I think you’re in a big area of accumulation.

We’ll just have to wait and see whether or not we get any shot to the upside. So, in other words, if we get some type of jump and volume, that’s probably your signal. The problem though, of course, is that we’re just really steady. So, I expect more of the same. It looks like $128 remains the floor.

NVDA Technical Analysis

Nvidia looks like it’s going to rally a bit at the open. That’s not a huge surprise; this is one of everybody’s favorite when it comes to tech stocks. I suspect we go looking to the $235 level given enough time.

Short-term pullbacks I think could continue to offer buying opportunities with $200 at this point in time being a potential floor in the market.
