Industrial production in Greece rose by 6.4% year-on-year in October 2025, slowing from an upwardly revised 7.3% gain in the previous month. The slowdown was mainly driven by a deceleration in manufacturing output (4.2% vs 8.2% in September). Meanwhile, output increased at a faster pace in mining and quarrying (12.2% vs 2.6%), and rebounded in electricity (7.2% vs -10.5%) and water supply (-9.8% vs 4.7%). By industrial group, output slowed for intermediate goods (0.8% vs 0.9%), capital goods (3.6% vs 10.4%), and consumer non-durables (3.5% vs 9.7%), while accelerating for energy (14.5% vs 8.1%) and consumer durables (18.5% vs 18.3%). On a seasonally adjusted monthly basis, industrial production eased sharply to 0.7%, from a revised 5% rise in September.
