House prices in Norway rose 0.7% month-on-month in November 2025, the fastest pace since February and up from a 0.6% increase in October. The average price for a home stood at NOK 4,774,083 at the end of the month. Residential sales totaled 7,461 units in November, 2.8% higher than the same month last year. The average time to sell a property extended to 54 days, up from 48 days in October. Bergen and Stavanger, along with their surrounding areas, recorded the shortest selling periods at 20 and 24 days, while Tønsberg and the surrounding area saw the longest at 93 days. Regionally, Tromsø (+2.8%), Hamar w/Stange (+2.5%), and Ålesund (+2.4%) posted the strongest month-on-month price gains, whereas Tønsberg with Færder (-1.7%) recorded the weakest. On an annual basis, house prices rose 6.2% in November, accelerating from 5.8% growth in October.
