Each rating is the consensus of 22 indicators calculated on the closing prices of the timeframe you have selected. It usually means a pause rather than a reversal. If the weekly and daily are buying while the 15min is selling, the longer trend is still up and price is pulling back inside it. Traders often treat that as a chance to enter at a better price. A reversal normally shows up as the longer timeframes turning too, not just the short ones.
A pivot point is a reference price worked out from the previous session's high, low and close. Support levels sit below it and resistance levels above. Support is where buyers have stepped in before, resistance where sellers have. Traders use them to place orders: buying near support, taking profit near resistance, and putting a stop just beyond. S1 and R1 are the levels price reaches most often in a normal day.
Overbought means price has risen a long way in a short time, oversold the opposite. Neither is a signal to trade against the move. In a strong trend an indicator can stay overbought for weeks while price keeps climbing. It is better read as a sign the move is stretched and may pause.
