Community Health provides outpatient services at urgent care centers, occupational medicine clinics, imaging centers, cancer centers and ambulatory surgery centers. The company generates revenues through general and specialized hospital healthcare services and outpatient services to patients in the communities. The healthcare provider pursues a portfolio rationalization and deleveraging strategy as a result of which it continues to divest hospitals and non-hospital businesses.
