The natural gas markets fell slightly during the course of the day on Wednesday, as the market continues to bounce around the $2.30 area. The market is most certainly bearish though, so we are sellers of short-term rallies and of course breakdowns. Ultimately, we believe that the natural gas markets will reach down to the $2.00 level. We believe that the $2.50 level above is the ceiling of this market, and with all of the supply out there it’s hard to believe that the natural gas markets will hang onto gains for any real length of time.
