Natural Gas Fundamental Analysis December 28, 2012, Forecast
Analysis and Recommendations:

Natural Gas is trading at 3.37 down by 0.052 as the weather pattern was not as severe as expected and the upcoming days will be on the warmer side, reducing demand by residential users. EIA inventories are expecting a climb in supply pushing down prices. Just a few months ago, gas was forecast to trade in the 3.34 price range before traders pushed it to the high of 3.99 last month.

Natural gas prices entered the US trading session under pressure, despite headlines talking up the snow storm in the Northeast. Perhaps that is because the latest six to 10 day weather maps forecast much of the cold blanketing the US leaving the central part of the country into January 5th. Meanwhile, some traders point to an elevated level of offline US nuclear capacity and expectations for another large EIA storage draw this week as forces offering support.
