Ireland House Price Index YoY

Residential property prices in Ireland rose by 8% year-on-year in February 2025, easing from a revised 8.2% increase in the previous month. This marked the lowest reading since April 2024, due to a slowdown in prices for both houses (8.5% vs 8.6% in January) and apartments (5.2% vs 6%). At the same time, price growth slowed in Dublin (7.1% vs 7.6%), while that for the country excluding Dublin remained steady (at 8.7%). On a monthly basis, property prices advanced by 0.3% in February, following a revised 0.1% rise in January.
