12.30am – Australia NAB business confidence for November: The index came out at 5 compare to forecast 4.
2am – November China industrial production, retail sales November: YoY figure was higher than expected at 6.2% compare to 6.1%. China’s Retail Sales resulted at 10.8% compare to 10.0% a month earlier.
9.30am – UK CPI (November): Consumer Price Index rose to 1.2% YoY and 0.2% MoM, from 0.9% and 0.1% respectively. Meanwhile, core inflation climbed by 1.4% from 1.2%.
10am – German ZEW (December): current conditions index rose higher than expectations to 63.5 from 58.8, while the economic sentiment index remained unchanged at 15.1 from 13.8.
23.30pm – Australia Westpac consumer confidence (December): index forecast to drop to 101 from 101.3.
23.50pm – Japan Tankan manufacturing index (Q4): index of manufacturing activity expected to hold steady at six, as in Q3.
