The German index fell slightly during the session on Monday, as most European markets struggled a bit. However, the market looks as if there is a clear and easy level at €8900. If we can get above there on a daily close, we feel that the market will then eventually go higher, probably heading towards the €9800 handle. We like the fact that this market looks like it’s trying to form some type of supportive area here in order to go higher. If we do break down from here though, we are not willing to sell until we get below the bottom of the candle on Thursday.
