The EUR/GBP pair did very little during the previous week, but we did manage close above the 0.8150 handle for the first time in ages. Because of this, we feel a break of the top of the weekly candle send this pair up to the 0.83 handle and fairly short order. This pair looks relatively strong at this point time, so we do favor a buy position or a sell position, but we need to get the signal first. At the moment though, we certainly think that the Euro looks much healthier than the Pound.
