CAC 40 Index Futures Forecast December 28, 2012, Technical Analysis

Parisian futures rose during the session on Thursday in an otherwise uneventful trading day. The market currently sits well above the €3600 level; an area that we had suggested was the trigger for the next leg of in this marketplace. The fact that we are fairly quiet is of a surprise, we are in the last couple trading sessions for the year and do not expect any major fireworks going forward. However, as the liquidity picks back up in early January, we expect this market to continue rising. This is still a “buy on the dips” type of market.
