FTSE 100 Forecast April 25, 2017, Technical Analysis

The FTSE 100 gapped higher at the open on Monday as the French election results came out. By clearing the 7200 level and extending all the way to the 7275 region, it looks as if we are continuing the bullish trend that we have seen for some time. I would not be surprised to see a pullback though, a lot of times when these types of moves happen, we need to “back and fill” to go higher. I have no interest in shorting either way, and a pullback to show signs of support should be thought of as value.
