FTSE 100 weekly chart, January 09, 2016

The FTSE 100 gapped higher at the open for the week, and then continue to go higher. The market cleared the 7200 level during the Friday session, and looks set to go to 7500 above. The 7125 level should now offer support as it has been so resistive in the past, but I am the first to admit that we are a bit overbought so a pullback could be coming. That pullback should be a nice buying opportunity in a market that continues to benefit from a softening British pound.
