MIB Forecast February 9, 2016, Technical Analysis

The MIB broke down during the course of the session on Monday, making fresh, new lows again. Because of this, looks like the market is going to continue to drop from here, probably reaching down to the 16,000 handle given enough time. Rallies will continue to be selling opportunities, and as a result it’s probably only a matter of time before the sellers come into the market every time there’s a turnaround. At this point in time, it appears the European indices in general are starting to fall apart, and as a result the MIB will most certainly do the same.
