NASDAQ 100 Futures Forecast December 27, 2012, Technical Analysis

The NASDAQ 100 futures fell during the session on Wednesday as the markets were soft in general after Christmas. However, we are currently still stuck within the recent consolidation and as such are not eating too much into the markets action on Wednesday. In fact, we essentially see this market is been stuck between the 2600 and the 2700 levels. Until we managed to break out of either one of those, we don’t see anything along the lines of a longer-term trade in this particular market. However, we are getting close to the 2600 handle, and as such any type of supportive candle would have us buying this futures market as we think a quick and easy trade could be had.
