The NASDAQ initially gapped higher at the open on Wednesday, but then fell significantly from there. With this, the market looks as if it is ready to continue going a little bit lower, but keep in mind that there has been significant buying below. With this, we believe that the market will remain very volatile, but eventually should find buyers. On a supportive candle we would consider buying, but we do not have one yet and we will have to use daily candles in order to make that decision. In the meantime, we are on the sidelines.
